Returns & Refunds

Each Shambles Studio product is made to order specifically for you once an order is placed. This helps reduce overproduction and supports a more sustainable approach to apparel manufacturing.

Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@shamblesstudio.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item and any defects

Where the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Change of Mind

As products are manufactured specifically to order, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges where:

• The incorrect size was selected when ordering
• A different colour or product is preferred
• The order is no longer wanted after production has begun

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
